Cole Borror
CB

Cole started in real estate at 19, door-knocking foreclosures in Fort Lauderdale and learning deal structure the hard way. He spent five years running owner-financing, subject-to, and wholesale transactions before pivoting into net lease post-grad.

After completing his MSRED from Nova Southeastern University in 2020, Cole joined Sierra Capital Club where he runs acquisitions: sourcing, underwriting, and executing NNN and net lease investments at scale.

His focus is the PropCo side of the equation: finding capital, structuring deals, and getting transactions closed so operators never have to slow down growth because of real estate.

The One Thing

The best operators win by doing one thing exceptionally well: running their business. Every hour spent on real estate structure, lender calls, or site negotiations is an hour not spent on operations, culture, and growth.

We absorb the PropCo complexity entirely. Capital, development, acquisitions, and real estate risk. That's our job. Your job is OpCo.
